Feels Like Tonight

Today was registration for fall term. Woke up to sign up by 4a, then learned it was at 5a. Went to work and explained the situation to the manager on duty, she said it was cool. 4:59 rolls around and I am at my laptop waiting for the clock to change. 5:03a and all the baking sophomore labs are closed. Went to academic center, explained the situation, they said email Dean of culinary, did that, he said to fill out a cap override, went back to academics, filled out the form, went to him to sign it and he said he couldn't because he had already let 4 people pass the cap. So, unless the university decides to offer ppm sophomore labs, it looks like I will be taking my final set of labs will be during winter term.
Talked with mom and she said it's God's plan and He may use that for me to work and live in an apt during that fall term, then do class winter term; or use that term to do seasonal staff at Barakel; or go to Providence for that term and see what's out east.
I just hope it all works out in the end, but the effects may not be immediately noticeable.
On a better note, the sunday after I get home from school, rents and myself are going to a Tim McGraw concert. Truck yeah! :)

Iris

Third tuesday in a row, let's make this a tradition and have it snow for the rest of the year; yeah?
Well, regardless of the lifestyle of some people in Colorado, I still want to stay here after graduation. It's far from home, but I need to take this leap and start a new chapter. Yes, it'll be tough with paying off loans and probably working two or three jobs, amongst other things, but I'm looking forward to what God has in store. There's nothing really calling me back to MI except family and friends; mostly family and one friend since the other friend is about 8 hour drive and have formed new friendships during this year. I'm ready for this, and if I don't talk the step now then it'll be a while before I get up the courage to do it again.
Haven't posted videos for the past couple songs, so here are a few of them.

Wonderwall

It's the middle of April and a week ago we had a snow "storm" resulting in about 4 inches on the ground. With the idea that it was going to get worse as the day went on, JWU canceled school; I only had one class so got to stay at work a bit longer. Well, today we got about 8.5 inches. Think they shut down? Nope! The roads weren't that bad, it's just irritating that with the placement of lab rotations and such administration decided to not cancel, even though it was worse than the week previous, blagh!
Funny thing too, I took a 5 minute nap during class today. Had been up since 4:30a with the prospect of it taking forever to get into work. The prof was understanding and actually found it kinda funny. It worked though and I wasn't tired afterwards.
4 weeks left of this school year, 1-1.5 week break then off to BARAKEL!!! WHAT WHAT!!! Yeah, just a bit excited. All signed up for housing, and class registration is in 2 weeks.
Got a leadership position for fellowship, the one term I'll be there :)Really looking forward to that.
Well, enjoying U2 station on Pandora, some Mango tea (it's okay), and get tomorrow morning class off because the teacher is nice that way; maybe I'll work for the first time in a few months, eh? :) Year is going very well and can't wait for it to be over.

The Grace

I learned a few weeks ago that 3rd graders are no longer required to learn cursive. A guy in a group project doesn't know how to write, and even though they knew I was gone for the weekend, my group still did not work on the project that is due Wednesday. I emailed the prof last night apologizing in advance for a potentially crappy project. They chose to spend the weekend getting high instead of working on the homework. I FRICKING LOVE PRIVATE-PUBLIC SCHOOL!
On top of that I have two other "papers" due wednesday and work and class in between.
So my eggs were under cooked this morning and resorting to a bagel and cream cheese I hope the day goes better.
